To support the massive thermal output of the Blackwell architecture, Global AI has moved beyond traditional air cooling. Our 100% liquid-cooled environment utilizes a dual-action approach to maintain peak thermal efficiency.

Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling: Captures heat directly at the source, allowing the GB300 units to run at sustained peak clock speeds without throttling.

Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx): Provides a secondary layer of thermal extraction, ensuring the data hall remains at optimal temperatures despite the ultra-high-density deployment.
