Data Center Infrastructure Architect
Location: Hybrid / New York State

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Architect and standardize telecommunications and layout for Engineering, and mechanical infrastructure across data centers. Overseen best-in-class network infrastructure design principles and specifications.
  • Work closely with HPC architecture, network engineering teams, and hardware manufacturers to define switch and router specifications based on bandwidth, power, and thermal requirements. Collaborate with vendors.
  • Design inter-building cabling routes, pathways, support systems, network device placements, and associated power and thermal provisioning. Develop detailed specifications for data cabling design and management.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to qualify, select, and develop customized, cost-effective cabling and network infrastructure solutions. Negotiate optimal pricing and manage supply chain logistics to ensure availability and scalability.
  • Develop and implement installation SOPs and operational best practices for cabling infrastructure, covering construction, installation, testing, quality control, uptime, SLA parameters, and capacity planning.
  • Conduct analysis to assess cooling and power efficiency, uptime, capacity utilization, and cost forecasting. Leverage insights to optimize operations and drive continuous improvements.
  • Act as a technical leader, sharing best practices and innovative solutions with internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide training and guidance on evolving industry trends and challenges.

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and deploying telecommunications and infrastructure for high-density data centers.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in network infrastructure design, including structured cabling, Ethernet, InfiniBand, Mellanox, and fiber solutions.
  • Deep understanding of physical network infrastructure requirements, including power, thermal, and space planning.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams, vendors, and external partners to drive standardization and innovation.
  • Experience in data analysis, performance metric development, and cost forecasting to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in data center and telecommunications infrastructure.

GPU Cluster System Admin
Location: Remote

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • System administration of the overall operational ownership for GPU Cluster consisting of GPU servers, high speed IB networking, ethernet management networking, networked storage, management servers and WAN connectivity.
  • Understand all hardware, firmware, software, and site facilities components of the cluster. This overall system level knowledge base is essential.
  • Primary interface to maintenance providers for all cluster hardware, firmware, software, and site facilities. Responsible for issue reporting to these providers and tracking problem resolution. Assure timely firmware & software updates as they become available.
  • Configure system monitoring firmware and software to surface issues and assure continuous system health.
  • Develop SLAs for customer infrastructure in all areas and well Develop a ticket system for problem reporting and status tracking.
  • Primary Interface to users (customers) for issue reporting and resolution via the ticket system, and verbal and video contact.
  • Provide technical application support to customers, as a separate service beyond the standard infrastructure service.
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, proactive issue resolution and system optimization.
  • Develop expertise in specific allocation areas and serve as a subject matter expert.

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and deploying telecommunications and infrastructure for high-density data centers.
  • 5+ years of experience in HPC system administration, GPU-based infrastructure, or large-scale distributed computing.
  • Expertise in Linux cluster administration, including user environment management and system security.
  • Strong knowledge of networked storage, NFS-based file systems, and parallel file systems.
  • Hands-on experience with system benchmarking, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage mission-critical, high-availability environments with minimal downtime.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role, providing support and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex project, schedules and mission- critical infrastructure.
  • Comfortable working in high-availability, uptime-driven environments with operational demands.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, and GPU workload tuning.
  • Knowledge of containerized HPC environments (Kubernetes, Singularity).

Senior Facilities Engineer
Location: Hybrid / New York State

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Lead the operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and liquid-cooling systems in a high-density data center environment
  • Oversee the performance and health of liquid cooling infrastructure, including pumps, manifolds, chillers, sensors, and leak detection systems
  • Manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for critical facilities systems to ensure uptime, safety, and compliance
  • Coordinate with data center operations, IT, and hardware teams to support deployments and infrastructure upgrades
  • Respond to system alerts and emergencies, troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues, and escalate as necessary
  • Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to site procedures, safety regulations, and project timelines
  • Maintain documentation of all systems, procedures, and incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement and operational scaling initiatives

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities or data center engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
  • Proven experience in facilities engineering within mission-critical environments such as data centers, clean rooms, or high-density labs
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a focus on advanced liquid-cooling infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), power distribution, HVAC, and environmental monitoring
  • Ability to lead maintenance operations, oversee vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Comfortable working in high-availability, uptime-driven environments with operational demands
  • Familiarity with high-performance compute (HPC) environments and the facility impact of dense GPU server deployments
  • Hands-on troubleshooting expertise in electrical systems (UPS, PDUs, switchgear), mechanical systems, and critical infrastructure
  • Certifications such as LEED AP, OSHA 30, EPA Universal, or Data Center Operations (DCO) are a plus
  • Experience in high-density or liquid-cooled environments is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex maintenance schedules and mission-critical infrastructure

Solutions Architect - HPC/AI/ML
Location: Remote

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Architecting and deploying Kubernetes environments and high-performance networking solutions for AI/ML and HPC workloads
  • Assisting customers with Slurm-based workload management to optimize large-scale distributed training and inference
  • Designing proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and helping customers benchmark performance on our infrastructure
  • Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored, scalable solutions
  • Providing deep technical guidance on GPU acceleration, distributed computing, and AI frameworks
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine our solutions based on customer feedback

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Master’s or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, High-Performance Computing, or Cloud Computing is a plus
  • Proven 7 years experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Cloud Engineer in AI, HPC, or cloud computing
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing concepts, architecture and high-performance networking (e.g., InfiniBand)
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions
  • Familiar with running large-scale AI/ML training and inference workloads on Slurm and Kubernetes

DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Design, deploy, and manage DevOps pipelines for large-scale NVIDIA GPU’s systems, supporting AI/ML workloads and HPC clusters
  • Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of GPU infrastructure
  • Optimize system performance, stability, and resource utilization across Kubernetes clusters running in a liquid-cooled environment
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, hardware, and software teams to ensure seamless integration between compute, networking, and cooling systems
  • Monitor system health and develop tooling to track temperature, pressure, and power usage specific to liquid cooling and high-density compute
  • Troubleshoot complex deployment, scaling, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and performance issues in distributed GPU environments
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and infrastructure-as-code to support rapid, reliable deployment at scale
  • Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate deployments, monitoring, and configurations

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing GPU infrastructure, high-performance compute clusters, or similar systems
  • Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), DevOps Engineer, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate are a plus
  • Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles in high-performance or GPU-based environments
  • Deep understanding of container orchestration and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Slurm)

Your Core Responsibilities :

  • Identify and prospect enterprise customers in AI, ML, fintech, gaming, healthcare, hedge funds and other GPU-intensive industries
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including technical discovery, proof of concept, pricing negotiations, and contract execution
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to refine messaging and improve the customer experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Conduct technical demos and presentations in collaboration with engineering teams, using a value-based selling approach that highlights ROI and business impact

Who You Are :

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within cloud computing, AI/ML infrastructure, or high-performance computing (HPC)
  • Understanding of GPUs infrastructure and AI workloads is highly preferred
  • Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in AI infrastructure, GPU cloud provider or high-performance computing (HPC) environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a technical B2B environment
  • Skilled in creating business value narratives, ROI models, and proposals for technical and non-technical decision-makers
