At W3BCLOUD, Ms. Golinska led internal and external audit and accountancy outsourcing and internal functions, statutory reporting, management accounting, and audit. She spearheaded multiple financing projects, M&A, and third-party transactions, and rigorous accounting policy for audit, ensuring compliance to U.S. regulations, and implementing accounting best practices, enhancing finance and accounting financial representation. Ms. Golinska has over 15 years of experience in global finance and has worked in data centers across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S. and EU, and is highly experienced in navigating complex regulatory environments.
