Andrew E. Feldman

Prior to Global AI, Mr. Feldman was General Counsel and Secretary of W3BCLOUD, a joint venture with Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD) founded in 2018 as a GPU Cloud Service Provider (GCSP). Formerly at W3BCLOUD, Mr. Feldman's responsibilities included its deSPAC transaction, strategic agreements, financing transactions, intellectual property and employment matters. Prior to that, he was a commodity fund chief operating officer, a hedge and credit fund general counsel, and an attorney with Citigroup Inc., Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Feldman has over twenty years of experience providing high level strategic, legal and regulatory advice. Mr. Feldman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University. He was a Fulbright Professional Research Fellow.
